02 Who are the mentors and how are they selected?
All QuickStudy mentors go through a strict screening and training process. We select only qualified individuals with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching. Every mentor is monitored regularly to ensure they meet our quality standards and provide the best support to students.
03 Can I try a session before committing?
Yes! We offer a trial session so you can experience how QuickStudy works before making any commitment. It’s a great way to see if our mentoring style and platform are the right fit for your needs.
04 Do you follow the UK national curriculum?
Absolutely. Our sessions are designed to align with the UK national curriculum, including GCSEs and A-Levels. We personalise support based on each student’s school syllabus and individual learning goals.
05 How do I pay for sessions and are there any hidden fees?
After your trial session, once you confirm how many sessions you’d like to take, we’ll create a monthly subscription for you within our learning platform. You’ll receive an invoice and can make the payment securely through your QuickStudy portal. It’s a simple monthly subscription model with no hidden fees—you can cancel anytime.
06 How do I access the QuickStudy portal and use the QuickStudy app?
You can log in to your personal portal using your registered email address by visiting app.quickstudy.uk in any browser. You can also download the QuickStudy app from the iOS App Store for iPhone and iPad (Android version coming soon). The portal & app gives you full access to your session recordings, AI-generated summaries, mentor chats, shared documents and homework, as well as reminders—all in one place. You can also join live sessions directly through the app.
